What Are Lowlights?
Lowlights are completely opposite to highlights in which few thin or thick strands of hair are picked up and coloured a shade or two darker than your base colour. Lowlights add depth and volume. Usually people who’ve highlighted their hair strands few times are those who are likely to colour their overly straightened strands.
